It was a wonderful Christmas this year in Haiti! Many of the past volunteer teachers helped to fundraise over $5,000 for Christmas gifts for the children in the orphanage, new mattresses and bed frames, and also provide meals and toys for some of the families in the neighborhood. All of the extra money went towards helping assist in any other orphanage needs.
The children at the Foyer Coin des Cieux orphanage put together food packs and gave them to many families in the neighborhood.
It was a special Christmas for the children at the Foyer Coin des Cieux orphanage. They received toys, hygiene products, backpacks, clothes, and shoes.
The mattresses and bed frames in the boy room at the Foyer Coin des Cieux were very worn out. They were able to get new mattresses and bed frames for Christmas this year!
Many children from the neighborhood where able to attend a Christmas party. They danced, ate, and received gifts!
