In 2021, we purchased the land next to the FCC. While we plan to eventually build a vocational school on the land, the costs, political climate, and safety in Haiti has pushed us to pause these plans. In the meantime, we plan to begin using the land to raise chickens and grow crops--providing food for the children at the Foyer Coin des Cieux and potentially create a future source of income.
